WANTED: 1 super awesome rad housemate, with a truckload of wit about them, to take up residence at Tenth Ave Inglewood.
One of our beloved housemates is leaving us to go back to her motherland (Canada) and we are needing to fill the void she will leave in her wake. These are big shoes to fill as she is a prettttyyyy special lass. To qualify for acceptance into our household, you must:
a) love wine and cheese and all things delicious
b) enjoy all of the innuendo (it is thrown around A LOT... boom boom)
c) be making the most of life
On a more serious note, we are looking for a reliable, considerate, down to earth individual to share our space. We have 3.5 bedrooms (the fourth is a small space that another housemate lives in for a week every month), a spacious kitchen (with a small living space incorporated) and 1 bathroom. The house is equipped with a fridge, washing machine and wine glasses. Chances are that there will be a lot of time spent on the Beaufort St strip as it is literally a 5 minute busride to the heart of all the action (and a 3 minute walk to the bus stop). The busses come approx every 5 minutes on a weekday, so you are pretty sweet for public transport.
