Nice room in a great share house in BEDFORD, Western Australia for sale

Hi All, I have one room available to rent, preferably long term but we'll see how you go. It isn't furnished but the rest of the house is. Looking for a nice and honest housemate who will pay rent on time, help keep the place clean and tidy and do a bit of gardening. We are all post grad students who are friendly and sociable but all have busy lives too. Because we are studying we don't want someone who is going to keep us up late at night being noisy and it isn't a party house as the landlord is a family friend (please read no drugs or excessive alcoholics please). That said we have heaps of fun and the house has a great vibe. Must be working or at uni, have a good attitude too. Pets negotiable. Very close to public transport (train 1 kilometer and bus 100 meters) Rent asking $140 per week not including bills.
